Deceiving the Disciple

I’ve been in deep thought about “JUDGEMENT” recently, and I believe God has been showing me why He doesn’t permit us to judge our brothers and sisters, only behavior as pure or impure. In Ephesians 6:10-20, we are reminded that our battles are not against flesh and blood, not against man- believer or unbeliever, but against spiritual forces of evil and darkness in heavenly places.

Also, Jesus said: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”

I believe the Church- Christ’s Body- is suffering, because we have divided ourselves based on our judgements of where we can receive the Truth (Pope, Pastor, Priest, Mary, Saints, Mentors, etc), and where we should practice the Way (Catholic, Protestant, Baptist, Angelican, etc), and how we can achieve Life (Communion, Confession, Rosary, Deeds, Attendance, Worship, etc).

However, Satan has used our inability to accurately judge as a way to bring us away from Jesus as the Way, Truth, and Life. Not one person on this earth, not one doctrine or way of practice, and not one behavior can lead us to eternal Life with the Father.

Let us stand firm together, neighbors, avoiding Satan’s tactics of turning our eyes astray through independent judgement of ourselves and others.

All GLORY and POWER to God, not ourselves!
