A blasphemous Church.

Blog

I’m reading mark 3:22-30. Deep in thought. I’m wondering if this is correlated with judgment upon one another. The pharisees said Jesus had an unclean spirit. Suggesting He was evil and of Satan. However, He was spirit led by the Holy Spirit alone, so what they said was blasphemous against the Holy Spirit. He said that sins would NOT be forgiven of anyone who commits blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

How often we make judgments about people being evil, ungodly, or false prophets, but we really don’t know their hearts or how God might be using them. Is our personal opinion rising against the authority and leadership of our Helper? Could our judgments be voiding ourselves the blessing of freedom delivered by the cross?
